Refund Period of Monthly Concession Passes Extended
Singapore, 18 May 2020 - With the extension of the ‘Circuit Breaker’ period by four weeks until 1 June 2020, commuters who purchased their Monthly Concession Passes before 4 April will now receive a refund for the period from 7 April to 1 June for all commuter groups, including students, from 8 April to 1 June, or up to the pass expiry date, whichever is earlier. This is regardless of pass usage during the above periods.
2 Commuters who purchased their Monthly Concession Passes between 4 and 21 April 2020 will also receive an automatic pro-rated refund for the period from 22 April to 1 June, or up to the pass expiry date, whichever is earlier. The refunded amount will be based on the unused days of pass usage during the valid refund period:

3 All refunds are issued as transport e-Vouchers, which can be redeemed from 2 June to 31 August 2020 at any Add Value Machine (AVM) or TransitLink Kiosk (TL Kiosk). Commuters who wish to purchase a new Monthly Concession Pass can visit any TransitLink Ticket Office or Concession Card Replacement Office to use the refunded amount to offset the cost.
4 Commuters can visit TransitLink’s website at www.transitlink.com.sg or call TransitLink Hotline at 1800-2255 663 to check if there is any refund for their Monthly Concession Passes from 19 May 2020. The hotline operates on weekdays between 8.00am and 6.00pm, except public holidays.
