Whistleblowing Policy

As we play an important role in Singapore’s public transport sector, we have a responsibility towards the public, our shareholder and employees.

Fraud and misconduct have a negative impact on our workplace and reputation. As such, we have introduced a Whistleblowing Policy and made available channels for reporting in confidence and in good faith unethical or illegal acts.

All identities are protected and will be kept confidential by us to the extent feasible and permissible under the law, or unless chosen to be revealed. We provide an option for you, the whistleblower, to remain anonymous or not.

We may contact you for more information, if required (if you have provided your contact details). If you have any new or additional information, you can contact us again.

We assure you that all cases reported will be objectively investigated and appropriate remedial measures will be taken where warranted.

For feedback or enquiries on our business conduct, please provide the details through the channels below.
