  • Due to an increase in postage rate, with effect from 1 Feburary 2024, please note that a $2 postage fee will be imposed on applicants who opt to receive the replacement card by mail.

Your Concession card will be mailed to you within 5 working days. Please activate it at any SimplyGo Ticket Office before use.
